Contend is for those who want to know how to contend for the faith once delivered to the Saints; for those who want to be able to instruct in sound doctrine and refute those who contradict it.
This is about both understanding what the content of the Christian faith is and why we believe it. More than that, it is about knowing God accurately and intimately as he has revealed himself in Jesus and the Scriptures.
Participants will be expected to:
Read one chapter of Wayne Grudem’s Bible Doctrine weekly
Listen to or watch one podcast training from Seth Troutt weekly
Write one, 1+ page “Topic Primer” paper quarterly (4/year)
Attend kickoff and celebration dinners - August 15, 2025 + May 11, 2026, 5:30 - 7:30p
OPTIONAL - Monthly Zoom Q+A the 1st Thursday of each month at 9:00a
