Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to RSVP?

  • We expect large crowds on Easter and our goal is for every attendee to have a great experience. The RSVP helps to ensure that attendance is spread out between all seven services and that seats are available for you at the service you attend.

Does my RSVP guarantee me seats at my selected service, no matter what?

  • Not really. Don’t think of this as a ‘ticket’ but a way to tell us how many people to expect. You still need to come early to make sure you have enough seats for your party and find parking. Unfortunately, not everyone uses this system, so sometimes the sanctuary fills up quickly. Thank you for doing your part to help us make Easter at Ironwood even more special!

Will there be childcare at all Easter services?

  • Ironwood Kids will have environments for kids from Birth to 4th Grade. Older kids will attend service with their families in the sanctuary.

How do I check in my kids?

  • If it is your first time with us, come to the Kids Check In area. Our Kids Welcome team will help you get your kids checked in. If you are a regular attender, you can use the normal check in computers.

What should I wear?

  • We hope you’ll wear whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll find plenty of people dressed casually (t-shirts, shorts, jeans) and others dressed a little snazzier (slacks, ties, dresses, skirts). Just come as you are.

Where should I park?

  • Parking is located around our building and is also available in the parking lots directly to the east or west of our building.
