christmas offering

A highlight for our church every year is the Christmas Offering, a special over-and-above offering we give to raise necessary funds for ministry projects inside and outside our church.

Over the years, we’ve given over $1.1 million to local partners, international ministry, and special initiatives through our local church.

At each service we will collect a special Christmas Offering. This year's offering will go to help with startup costs for a brand new church in Moldova that is reaching a highly unreached people group.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need to RSVP?

  • We expect large crowds on Christmas Eve and our goal is for every attendee to have a great experience. The RSVP helps to ensure that attendance is spread out between all six services and that seats are available for you at the service you attend.

Does my RSVP guarantee me seats at my selected service, no matter what?

  • Not really. Don’t think of this as a ‘ticket’ but a way to tell us how many people to expect. You still need to come early to make sure you have enough seats for your party and find parking. Unfortunately, not everyone uses this system, so sometimes the sanctuary fills up quickly. Thank you for doing your part to help us make Christmas at Ironwood even more special!

Will there be childcare at all Christmas services?

  • Yes. Ironwood Kids will run for infants to 2nd grade. Older kids will be encouraged to attend the service in the sanctuary.

How do I check in my kids?

  • If it is your first time with us, come to the Kids Check In area. Our Kids Welcome team will help you get your kids checked in. If you are a regular attender, you can use the normal check in computers. If it is your first time checking your kids in with Kids Ministry, save some time and pre-register your kids here.

What should I wear?

  • We hope you’ll wear whatever makes you comfortable. You’ll find plenty of people dressed casually (t-shirts, shorts, jeans) and others dressed a little snazzier (slacks, ties, dresses, skirts). Just come as you are.

Where should I park?

  • Parking is located around our building and is also available in the parking lots directly to the east or west of our building.
